I have 2 pc's and a mac. I can access www.andersenwindows.com with IE and Safari on both the PC's and the Mac. On the same PC's I could access the site a couple of days ago and now cannot using Firefox.

Make sure that the other browsers aren't showing pages from the cache.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can also try to remove all data from that domain via the about:permissions page.
You can open about:xxxx pages via the location bar like you open a website.
