Why is the mouse pointer sticky on pages opened with fire fox, scrolling up and down is also difficult
even up and down arrows are slow with fire fox ,unlike other surfing programs . I've scanned my system and there's no malware or viruses infection.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

If there is a problem with scrolling on web pages then try to disable smooth scrolling.
