there is not a tab button when i open a tab
ive managed to change the new tab to blank from the url is not valid etc but where the x is next to it there is nothing e.g no open a new tab button i have windows blinds installed but ever thing else is fine i can double click next to the tab and it opens a new tab in other words it invisible its quite cool but i miss the button is there anything in the about:config that might solve this thanks.also the new tab to blank is not the problem in the config.

thanks to cor-el i found this helpfull also i contacted a friend and he sead that it also could be the app windows blind that i am using and that it didnt configer properly the name mezzanine there also in windows explorer the drop down boxes are blank theres a fault with the app which i think caused the problem thanks i hope this helps someone also thanks. screen1 before mezzanine screen2 after
Your second screenshot show the New Tab button on the toolbar, just above the tab bar.
So it looks that Firefox has been customized and this button has been moved to the tab bar to the other toolbar.
Firefox only show the new tab button on one toolbar.
