Sync between 2 paired pc´s dont work properly regarding preferenses and add-ons. Bookmarks syncs just fine but not add-ons and preferences. What do I wrong?
Hi I have installed Firefox on a new PC. Then paired it and also tried to sync the bookmarks, Add-ons and preferences from the one PC to the new PC. The bookmarks all come along but not the add-ons and preferences. Any idea about what I am doing wrong? The PC´s are bot running windows 7, 64 bit and they are bot updated with latest Firefox. Thanks in advance....

well you can always try out 2 methods 1.make a new profile - this shud explain 1a.if u made a new one install one addon and see if its syncing or else second option 2.reseting firefox 2a.help-->troubleshooting info-->reset

thats really weird,are u sure you dont have any addon blocking the sync?
I believe so. The old PC (which I was going to replace with the new one that refuse to sync except the bookmarks) is syncing properly. That one is syncing bookmarks, add-ons and preferences. The new one only sync the bookmarks. Weird, huh?

Hi Well it sounds like option 2 is the one that is most easy. I will try that, thank. It will not be today though. I am not were the PC is right now. I let you know what happens. Thanks for now!
Hi I have now reinstalled Firefox the same way I did the first time. This time however the add-ons follow to the paired device. But not the preferences. So I have done that manually. I will mark this as solved. Thank you very much anyway :-) I have another problem though regarding open in a new tab when clicking on a link. I will open a new topic about that.
