The question Is clear, I believe. Please help me, somebody. A simple task of refresh is not not possible. Why do I have to change when it was working fine and when I think the aspect of the cloud is dangerous! I don't want my medical records or my computer info stored off site by someone else on a cloud. Now I have to trust someone else to protect my information. look at Target and other issues. It is not safe! Recently I lost access to my email cloud and so I could not access my old emails and information that used to be stored on my own computer. Let me off this bus!
