Donevit I am trying to get on thr tor browser buuyviy eontvlet I am try to get on tor to get prezzy for my mom bit it won't let me also keeps coming up née software but don't no hoevtoobin stall it

I have windows 10 at moment, but I know I will have to update to winows 11 soon, but I am worried n case I cannot get my Mozilla back again,.

Do I start all over again, or when I update will my laptop still recognise my Mozilla account.

To be honest, I cannot remember my Mozilla password...eeek !! thanfully, my Mozilla did.

I only want Mozilla, I do not use anythng else.

Hello, I have a problem with creating messages. The new message button does not respond to clicking (the same with file > create > message). You can reply to messages normally. Please advise how to fix the problem.

I cant remember what primary password I have set for my account. I have seen the notes on how to reset it and the caution note about possible loss of certificates, keys etc. I am unsure what these things are but can you please advise if I will loose my emails and folders I have sorted them all into?

I updated Firefox from 136.0 to 136.0.1 last night. When I reloaded and checked the version number, I got the display "Firefox is being updated by another instance". I tried closing and reopening a few times but the result remained the same. I then rebooted the PC but no difference. I shutdown the PC and went to bed. This morning the issue was still there until I logged into my Mozilla account via google in order to type this message.. I checked the version number while typing and now it checked for updates and displays "Firefox is up to date".

So problem solved. Just curious why it happened?

My laptop crashed and I had to format my hard and install new windows.

I have kept my passwords database files, which uses to be key3.db and key4.db along with logins.json and logins-backup.json files from my old use with me separately...

But the new Firefox folder didn't create these files anywhere where I could replace them with my files to get my stored passwords back.

Please help me restore my data from these files onto my new Firefox so I can get my stored passwords back.

Threat secured by Avast notification appear whenever i open mozila first time ( after PC start or restart ) . As per Avast AntiVirus " cz1.quickcache.click " is dangerous webpage , but i have never open this page (cz1.quickcache.click) or try to open it.

What should i do to remove this webpage cache or is it a virus infected my mozila ?

Hi, I'd love some help with this issue please. I have just bought a new Surface laptop and enabled sync from my desktop. But many of the bookmarks and none of the bookmark folders came across. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox but with the same result. I have an old Surface laptop that the new one is replacing and the syncing has worked perfectly on that. Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers, Graham
