I've been playing bridge on bridgebase.com and today I downloaded Firefox and now when I click on my quick link to the game, I get a message that I needed adobe flash to play the game - that didn't work - it seems I shouldn't have downloaded Adobe flash because it's taking up a lot a space and it didn't get me where I wanted to go. Can you help? I'm not very 'techy' but I do get frustrated when things don't work like the used to.

Doesn't look like Flash is installed for Firefox. It doesn't appear in your System Details > Installed Plugins list.

Which browser did you use to download Flash? If you used Firefox, did you actually install Flash after downloading it?

IE uses a different version of Flash than Firefox needs. So installing it there does nothing for Firefox.

Thanks for the reply, I thought I had actually installed flash. What would you suggest now?

Download Flash from here, using Firefox so that you get the correct version. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
