Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

It looks that you have e10s enabled. Does this also happen in a normal window/tab?

You can check for problems with preferences.

Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in the current Firefox release.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

i tested first solution but not. second solution, i disabled it and restart, but not. and third solution also not fixed the problem.

maybe Kaspersky internet security is the reason. because it's add-ons (extensions and plugin) can't be disabled.

Have you tried proxy servers to access the said site?

I have & i can, only using proxy.

Kaspersky has nothing to do with this, i think (not certain) this site is not accessible through your ISP itself. As i am seeing a blank page similar to the inaccessible sites of my ISP like torrents, file sharing sites, etc.
