How do I download complete emails from Gmail but only between certain specific dates or filtered based upon sender or receiver? I have a gmail account with tens of thousands of unread messages that I do not want to download into my Thunderbird application. I only want to download relevant messages based upon a data range and/or based upon the sender or receiver names (or email addresses). Once I have that filter working, I want to download messages regardless of whether they are in my inbox or read. Can I do that? My original attempt to download my gmail only downloaded up to a certain number of messages in my inbox from many years ago before it stopped. None of the messages are the ones I need downloaded.
