It sounds like you are hitting a key that has been mapped to F1. Or perhaps you have managed to engaged Windows' "sticky keys".

We have 100 computers on our bussiness and only 2 have this issue. It is very strange. I added keyconfig extension for look which shortcuts set but nothing could not find. Any suggestion ?
