am getting no emails on laptop...tablet and phone are ok.
I am receiving no emails on my laptop since 4/11/16. Emails are coming through to tablet and phone. I just spent 1 hr. with Frontier tech support who were unable to fix problem. They suggest I contact Mozilla to resolve problems.

What is the account type on both, tablet and phone - POP or IMAP?
