Asked for Java enablement on the Surface, Bank site won't open and even the Asking of This Question link using Firefox would not work. I have had to use Chrome to get this out there. Could it be anything to do with Windows Nov 8 Updates? When did 49 load?

HI Folks, I did a Refresh which may be found in Help (?in a circle), TroubleShooting Information and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Sure would be nice if such would be more obvious to find.
