I know that Thunderbird can make use of mail encryption, which works great. However, would it be possible in the future that the whole of Thunderbird's xxxxxxx.default folder be encrypted and un-encrypted via a master password. This would provide overall security, if one wished it of course.

I think it would be a great feature. Keeping the content of Thunderbird secure.

Thanks.
