I try to move a conntact from Personal address book to the Collected book and in reverse using drag and drop. It works on the following workstations

Thunderbird 52.3.0 32-bit Windows 10 Pro Thunderbird 52.3.0 32-bit Windows XP SP3

We have some workstations with the same OS and Thunderbird version where it does not work

Thunderbird 52.3.0 32-bit Windows 10 Pro Thunderbird 52.3.0 32-bit Windows XP SP3 Thunderbird 52.1.1 32-bit Windows XP SP3

It seems that the problem does not depends on the workstation OS and Thunderbird version.

Is there any Thunderbird configuration parameter related to this issue?

Thank you.

Konstantinos

Do the affected machines have any add-ons that are not on the working machines? I have had some strange issues with the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on.

Thanks Zenos for the tip. Actually the Inverse SOGo connector add-on 31.0.3 caused the problem. The problem is mentioned in the SOGO's bug tracking site https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=4165.

Fortunately, the bug was recently fixed by SOGO - the current version 31.0.5 of this add-on works fine.

Many thanks again.
