I've been using Thunderbird for some years and its always worked well - until today But today the app stopped getting my emails into my inbox while continuing to still get mt wife's emails into her inbox ok - same installed app on same PC with 2 x email accounts configured - So i though it was an ISP issue but its not - Mailbird and the W10 email client both get all our emails from both accounts ok - it does look like a strange Thunderbird issue - NB nothing changed on the PC or the Tbird config - running W10 - help

I think a useful first step would be to post your Troubleshooting Information. That will avoid a lot of question asking and replying.

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post. To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help).
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information.
  • Clear the check box Include account names.
  • Use the button Copy text to clipboard to select all.
  • Paste this into your reply to this forum.

You can trim off the big section at the end about printers and fonts.

Please also add the result of these troubleshooting steps to your post

  • Does Thunderbird work in TB Safe mode (see Thunderbird Safe Mode)?
  • Do you use anti-virus and firewall software? What is the version?
  • Who is the email provider?
  • Who is the internet provider?

Please post back with this information and any other questions you might have.
