videodownloadhelper [VDH] no longer asks where to save files

Before I installed the vicious add-on VdhCoApp 1.1.3. VDH would show a list of options, .mp4, .webm, etc., then after I selected one, it would open a "save as" window, with the file I'd selected set to download to a changeable default directory [the last one used for that file type, I think].

Now after I select a file from the list it just downloads to ...\downloads without prompting for any thing.

I have tools/options/general/downloads set to [x] Always ask you where to save files.

I removed converthelper3 from the VDH extension, uninstalled it using "C:\Program Files\ConvertHelper3\unins000.exe", deleted the containing folder, and even uninstalled and reinstalled VDH. All to no avail.

Can you help me get the old behavior back?

Thank you and

Best Wishes

I have marked thread this as solved.

I've decided I actually like not being asked where to save.

I will save the support link for future reference.

Thank you.
