How do I enable 'block canvas fingerprinting' so websites can't get my fingerprint?
I value my privacy very much. How do I block canvas fingerprinting in Firefox?
Someone else asked this question recently and a user replied "Yes, go to about:config and set privacy.resistFingerprinting = true. " But, this doesn't make sense, where is about:config? Where is privacy.resistfingerprinting? I can't find those options.
Thank you

Hi, you would Copy/Paste about:config to the Address Bar then Enter https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox Once there and Click Ok, at the top of the page there is a full screen search bar. Copy/Paste privacy.resistFingerprinting into and wait . Once showing double click it to set to false or right click for other options but in this case do not need right click.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Question: How does this block fingerprinting? All the fingerprinting websites are still able to see my unique fingerprint and scan all my system specifications? Is there another way to block fingerprinting on firefox?
I enabled it as true but it didn't block fingerprinting. I restarted my browser as well.
