Yesterday, after years of use, myfitnesspal web page wouldn't load. It loads in all other browsers. I've tried all the things you suggest and it still won't work. This is the notice I get. "The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks FredMcD. I did all that before and just did it twice again and still it won't work. I can get to the main page now but as soon as I sign in I get the same message. Never had this problem before.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
