SOLVED setup FF 56 on another PC... it synch good.. then copy files key3 and logins.json.. to my pc... all good... but stil cant understand wil my PC did not synch automaticaly!!??

You are on it - Firefox is driven by volunteers.

Did you set a master password in Firefox for desktop or Android? If so, Sync will not sync passwords on Firefox for Android.

Also, when you reset the master password in case you forgot it (by removing Firefox for Android), your saved usernames and passwords will be gone. Could any of this apply?

See Using a Primary Password with Sync and Using Master Password on Firefox for Android. A workaround would be to disable the master password, resync so passwords are synced, and reenable the master password.

Another scenario - if there is no master password - is that you installed a higher Firefox version (58 or higher) and then reverted to 55. As said, some file formats have changed (hence the previous question), but I believe you when you say there were no upgrades. Nevertheless, you can open your profile folder on Firefox desktop and see if you have file called key3.db or key4db. A key4.db file latter would indicate a higher version was used previously. If both files exist, leave key3.db alone but move key4.db and logins.json out of the profile folder, then reset the signon.importedFromSqlite preference using about:config in order to force a reimport of your passwords from the key3.db file, and restart Firefox.
