For the outgoing server, change the port to 465, the connection security to SSL/TLS, and the authentication to normal password. If you're using a Yahoo account key or 2-step verification, the password should be an app password.

I don't know if it applies to your version of Avast, but I recommend you disable Mail Shield if it's available.
