Hi,

The crashes in your screenshot are being caused by "dgapi.dll", which is apparently part of the "Digital Guardian" software; you might want to try contacting them for support. Alternatively, this thread suggests that there's a way to add an exception to Digital Guardian to prevent it from interfering with Firefox, perhaps you could try that?

Ok, it works for me, how can i put the exception on DG?

This post says that you can add an exception by editing a file in C:\Program Files\DGAgent; because I don't have access to the software myself, I don't know what the exact steps are. If you contact the software vendor, they can probably give you more specific directions.

Ok, thx for your time and your support
