A particular website doesn't load says access denied
I have tried solutions from other threads, doesn't work. I need secured access of the website, so can't turn off security measures. The case is similar for all browsers, working on a windows server 2012 R2

Yes, but that issue arises on the server not on my local firefox which has the same version. It says 'Access denied. You do not have the permission to access https.... '
Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

I am starting with the main page, no bookmarks.I have tried using 'Forget about this site', it didn't work for me.
Is this error coming directly from the website (server) or from some external protection website like Cloudflare?
