I kept getting told to check my phone settings to be sure they were set for English, which of course, they were. No one had mentioned that there was also a language setting in Firefox ... which wasn't east to find since all the directions on the Firefox settings page were in Polish or some such. Anyway finally found a line that said ENGLISH. EUREKA. THANK YOU.
