Hey, I have problem with automatic sending emails in Thunderbird. I created template (image 1) with just greeting (ahoj) for test. I set filter (image 2)...if someone send me email->it automatically send email with template. That works fine, but sended email from my account to someone isn't displaying correctly. It have problem with Czech language, generate string in the head of email (probably hash) and it doesn't show image in signature. (Image 3) Can you please help me? thanks

go to preferences and change in the "Sending options" button the option to send messages as plain text if possible. I think, looking at the images it is converting the HTML message to plain text on sending.

If that does not work, go back to the "send options" and change the drop down to send HTML only rather than plain text and HTML and try it again.

Could you send me a test using your setup to matt_au@gmx.com I would like to see the body of the email that arrives, so make me the recipient in your filter.

Hey, thank you for your help. I sent you a testing email. But your settings didn't work. Any of them...is there another problem, that we couldn't find?
