I cleaned out my Sent Folder of a very large number of emails; however still left some recent one in.

Now, the Sent Folder is empty. I did a test email send an it is also not showing.

When I went to the Sent Folder Properties, the 'location' is blank.

I tried repair - both online and offline; but nothing happened.

I have an old profile file; but would like to keep my recent work. Is there any way to reenter the location?

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Okay, this idea may not work, but I've always felt that Thunderbird is like a recalcitrant appliance: shake it a bit and it starts working. So, I suggest making minor changes that may reset it. Such as reassign the Sent folder to a local folder and then reassign it back. Unsubscribe and resubscribe. Just something to try...
