Lost access to primary email
Hi,
I come back to use Firefox and discovered my personal email was associated with an account I created 5 years ago with my professional email that has been destroyed since then.
In the Firefox account settings it says: "Access your account if you can’t log in to your primary email."
But if I try to "Make primary" my secondary email it asks for a confirmation code from the primary email which I don't have access.
If I want to remove my secondary email in order to use it to create another account, it asks for a confirmation code.
If I want to delete the account, it asks for a confirmation code.
It's hard to understand what the use of a secondary email if it can't be used when needed.
What are my option to be able to use my personal email (secondary email of an existing account). Doesn't matter if I have to recreate an account but my personal email is locked to that account.
PS: I have access to the Firefox account but can't access the primary email.

At this point that is a Lost account and there nothing more that can be done since it requires the Primary email to do the password reset. This is just Firefox forum End User help. You have to create a new account and use a email provide yahoo or gmail that will not cause this issue in the future.
