'because we use our address already we must cancel thunderbird. Google think we have someone trying 

    to enter our email which  has caused problems. Surely you should not have accepted our address in the first 
    place. I have not been able to find a way to cancel it on line.

Please provide more information. From what you wrote, Thunderbird is not a cause for whatever it is, and we may be able to assist.
