This is only Firefox browser user help forum - Mozilla has nothing to do with your email nor can they help with it.
Hi David, could you explain this in a little more detail? In particular:
- Are you trying to retrieve mail from the account you mentioned, or an older account?
- Is the problem with going to the email provider's website and signing in to review the mail, or setting up a separate email program like Thunderbird to access the email?
- If you *can* access the account, is the problem that older messages are missing? Does the account have an archive folder you can check?
If you recently had access and lost it, it could help to describe the circumstances leading up to the problem.
