I have tried for over a week to get into my social security account, including changing my password several times and twice waiting two hours for a call back from SS. The last call back from SS told me to try another browser. I finally borrowed someone else's computer and used microsoft edge and got into the site right away. I have used Firefox for years and have had very few problems. What's the problem?

This could one of those sites where Firefox browser can't access such sites and one has to use Edge or Chrome or Safari to access sensitive sites.

Firefox is able to be used on security sensitive sites just the same, especially if they are made properly to begin with.
