When I choose 'Clear All History' and select 'Everything', none of my browsing history is removed. If I select 'Last Hour/Two Hours/Four Hours' those items are removed. How can I remove all my browsing history for the last month? I'm using an iMac running OS X 10.6.4 and Mozilla Firefox v3.6.3

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
