I have no idea why Firefox crashes. I'm using version 4.0.1

Do you have Safe Eyes installed?

No. Never heard of it. What is it?

I checked out Safe Eyes software but do not have it on my computer. However, I do have McAfee Site Advisor. Could that be causing a problem?

Older versions of the McAfee Site Advisor have been blocked in Firefox 4 and5, but I don't know if that file is used in the Site Advisor extension or not.

Disable that extension and see if your crashing problem goes away.

Thank you but I'm not sure how to block an extension. Please advise.

I found the add ons and disabled McAfees add on last night. Crashed right after I restarted Firefox. Decided to disable all add ons, Yahoo's tool bar and all Java versions. Hopefully one of them is the cause. Thanks.
