I use Roots Magic (most updated version) for family history database. I go to New.FamilySearch.org to coordinate data between the two programs & use the LDS options. After a few minutes of using the NFS option in RM the program freezes. I have to use the ctrl. alt. delete to get to the task manager to close the program when this happens. I tried using Internet Explorer to open NFS before I open RM & it didn't freeze, but I don't like using IE. I prefer Firefox. I did try to open NFS in Firefox before opening RM & still got error msgs. & freezes. Pls. have a tech support person contact me or give me a phone number to call.

I've got a similar problem with FamilySearch. I go to the site and try to view images, but it freezes up and the only way to get out is to to a control, alt, delete, and even then it takes a while. This last time I wrote down the scripting errors I keep getting: gre/modules/XCOMutils.jsm327

It's driving me nuts. I have FF8.0.1, with XP, and this seems to be a problem that came in the last few days, mostly; there were updates made to both FF, and FamilySearch during this past week, so I don't know which one is the problem. Can anybody help?
