since 01/01/2012, i can´t use firefox anymore because it crashes before i can open it. everything i see is a pop-up window which says that I can report it to you. i already tried everything which is written on your support page (trying to open it in safe mode e.g.), but it still crashes then.

my antivirus programme told me, there was a file with kind of a virus the day, when firefox crashed for the first time
