You automatically updated my Firefox to 10.0.2, and now it crashed on opening; it also crashes on "safe" opening, or else it hangs forever. I've tried several times to send reports, but most have not gone through so there is no crash ID; however, I have this one crash ID, I think from the first time it crashed.

Am I to believe that this problem is being posted on a community FORUM? That no one at Firefox is actually at the switch? Man. I have a lot of bookmarks, but I'm getting ready to change my browser. This is infuriating.
