Can anyone confirm that pinch-to-reflow-text will be abandoned in firefox mobile as I more or less understand in this bugtrack : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=847872 ?

Text reflow is still available in Settings under the Display settings in Nightly (26.0). Double tap to reflow has been disabled currently as we were not satisfied with it's state. See bug 900564

I've got Nightly 26.0a1 version (2013-09-06) and pinch-to-reflow-text doesn't work when double tap to reflow still does.

Could it be a problem of android version (I'm on 2.3.5) ?

No it is not (just installed latest nightly). Pinch to zoom text reflow was apparently removed completely, for reasons I can't see.

Is there a chance it will be back in form of an extension? For the time being I'm unable to use Firefox because pinch to zoom text reflow is missing from latest stable build (and I can't revert to old version because it would delete all my data).

Thanks matejdro, I was feeling a bit lonely with my text reflow question.

Latest nightly versions has no more text reflow, either pinching or taping, and the font size selection in options just doesn't work at all.

I just can't understand why text reflow is abandoned, if anyone got any official information about it, it would be welcome.

I was using Nightly version mostly because of the pinch to reflow. I'm going to test the others channels to see which one still have it.

I installed old stable version and luckily new version has new permissions so it won't update automatically.
