Hello,

If you are getting ads and popups despite having a popup blocker and ad blocker then I think malware may be to blame.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

I've had particular success with hitman pro and malwarebytes.

Also run a full scan with your existing antivirus software.

I also suggest doing the following:

  • Look through your list of windows installed programs and uninstall any that you think might be related.
  • Look at your windows startup applications and block any from booting that you don't want or you think might be related.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Salesresoucespartners one is caused by adware</a>. Scan with Adaware, Adwcleaner, Spybot, Spyhunter. MBAM might not pick it up, others probably won't pick it up at all. Also, you can uninstall programs you do not recognize from control panel and Mozilla Ad-on list.
