Why isn't my Newsgroup posts being downloaded

I sent a post to alt.politics.usa but it isn't downloading from the server a-k.org port 587 even though it should be flat.usenext.de. port 443

But when ever I make changes to the server info for the Newsgroup it changes my email settings.

Can you please help me with this issues ?
