I was hacked first on Facebook, lost my Page Adestyne there and two other pages and the largest Rihanna public Group in the world…Rihanna Gallery. I received a pop up on Firefox, telling me to add a account i never used on Instagram, patrickbiel8…saying if i didnt activate it I'd lose my account, Adestyne, Patrick Biel.After doing so, i could no longer swich from Adestyne, to Rihannasadestyne, Michiganrihannanavy, or Michiganrihannanavy2. Now i cannot even log into those accounts on Instagram, only Adestyne and patrickbiel8.(Patrick Biel). I submitted over 8 requests to Instagram(Meta) about this problem and repeatedly asked them to Remove the account patrickbiel8 or delete it because the instructions from Meta is Not working. I have been hacked and need help from you asap.

I don’t know how it happened but I can no longer type into the url/search box in Chinese when using the ios app. I’m having to type out everything in a notepad app and copy paste into Firefox which is becoming tedious. Switching to the English keyboard works, it just Chinese keyboard that’s blocked. I can’t find how to fix this in settings. Please help!

I’m experiencing some issues with the iOS browser. When I try to delete cookies.

So, when I have a list of cookies on the website data page. I back out, leave cookies and cache selected, and then hit clear private data. However, after doing this for certain sites, only one cookie remains. When I look in the website data page again, hitting clear all website data on that page does work and seems to be the only solution at the moment for this bug.

Sometimes, this doesn’t happen at all, but it has happened frequently enough that I’m reporting it.

I’ve noticed that this issue has occurred about 10 times within the past two days.

I have a screen recording I just don’t know where to send it for feedback.

For the past couple of weeks, after visiting some websites, I receive unsolicited emails from that site. I am NOT entering my emails or giving any info. A few of the sites are shopping sites and one was a website for a dog rescue. Again, I did not give my email to any of these sites. I visited them for a couple of minutes and then later received an email from the same site.

How do I stop this from happening?

Firefox has suddenly started to ‘crash’ on startup, I tap the icon, a black screen with the Firefox logo appears for an instant then disappears. I tried to restart the app, then the iPad, then I deleted, restarted the iPad and then reinstalled the app again, no change. I have installed Firefox Focus which does launch but doesn’t have my tabs etc…Firefox still working on iPhone

on iPad Pro 11inch running iPad iOS v18.2

Is there a primary password and also a regular password? I have tried to change my primary password but the box to continue doesn't work. Note, I only know of one Mozilla password, and have no idea as to a second one. And yes, I have followed the available instructions, but the one and only password I know doesn't allow that final click. Thanks.

Hello I am using the latest version of Firefox app for Ios, have the following issue, I can download but there is no option to save the file in Firefox app for ios. Can some one tell me how I do this.

On my iPad I tried adding a website I got an error message saying I have to have a device enabled to screw fire fox I have Firefox on my iPhone I’m being to hate Firefox , why do I have to put my default email in every time when using Firefox ??

If you set the new tab option to a custom url, it doesn’t work properly when you open a new tab. You have to press return to get the custom page to open. This feature works fine in the iPhone app. Hopefully it can be fixed. Thanks
