Dear Pocket Community, I have a strange and confusing problem, and would be very grateful if somebody would answer this.

I have an account with Pocket, across 3 different devices.

1. I have a laptop. 2. I have an Android mobile phone. 3. I also use my Pocket account in local libraries.

Regarding the first 2 points, I can get into my account fairly easily. However, whenever I try to login to my account on the local library, I get a Captcha to solve. I solve it, then am presented with another Captcha. This carries on ad-infinitum. I do not know why this happens?

I have been looking for a way to change my email address for over 30 minutes and cannot find a way to do this. One person said something about a trashcan icon on the far right side of the screen, sorry but I don't have that. Why is this so difficult?

I wanted to switch over to Firefox as I've noticed it's better for my PC's overall performance. I tried watching a YouTube video and noticed that the video was sharper and brighter compared to usual.

i've already tried the gfx.color_management.native_srgb = true in the about:config page. I've also tried changing the Radeon Image Sharpening in my AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition as I have an AMD graphics card. No difference whatsoever.

I keep getting pop ups warning me that Firefox is infected with viruses and I need to download and pay for a McAfee security program. How do I stop the pop ups? My computer's protection does not indicate a problem. Can Firefox be infected?

Can't print a pdf document from firefox. However I can print from Chrome, so issue is with Firefox per online info. Went to firefox--help--troubleshooting--printing--cleared saved print settings (though doesn't appear to actually connect to that link). Still not able to print that one pdf. Any ideas?

My problem is that emojis look bad on Firefox compared to Edge_128.0.2739.79. Two examples are attached (left half of both pictures is Edge, other half Firefox).

I've tried (to no avail): A] Disable hardware acceleration in settings (w/ firefox restart). B] Setting "gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params.rendering_mode" from -5 to 5 (w/ 10+ firefox restarts). C] Setting "gfx.webrender.quality.force-subpixel-aa-where-possible" to true (w/ firefox restart). D] Disabling all addons. E] Setting new firefox saparate clean install.

I had to buy a new pc because my old one died suddenly and after logging into my firefox account on the new one it won't sync my old data from my account so I can't access my bookmarks. Everything shows up one my phone and sync is turned off on it. I can't find a way to export the bookmarks from the phone and I'm afraid to turn sync back on because I'm worried it will just erase all of my data to match the new pc. How can I export the data from my phone or ensure that sync won't delete it all?

Firefox searches and copies only a webpage's contents displayed on the monitor.

How can I get Firefox to search and copy the entire webpage?

I am a regular user and I don't have any programming background. It appears that there are some malwares that utilize the kiosk mode. Since the overwhelming majority of users have no need for nor would every want to use kiosk mode there should be a method of absolutely preventing its use without the express permission of the user. Maybe requiring a 4 digit passcode before it can be activated OR giving the browser user the option of deleting the kiosk mode altogether could be ways of mitigating this malware avenue. I hope the programmers provide us with one more opportunity to prevent malware from invading our privacy and security.

Had to give up using Firefox because I can't open CenturyLink Email. Being told login does not match, but when I use the login on another browser, works fine. It does no good to change password as it will only open one time and then goes back to login does not match. I miss Firefox browser but must get to my Email. Help if you can! Jack Jackson
