The laptop won't connect to the internet using Internet Explorer, but you can see that it is connected. I've been told that there has been a problem with IE so I'd like to load Firefox but can't if I can't get on the internet; Is there any solution to this? I even connected the laptop directly to our modem using an internet cable. All other devices used in our house - my laptop, phones, an ipad have no problems connecting.
