Hi, For some reason firefox didn't restore last session's tabs. And restore session tab opened it was blank! No last session details, no restore last session bottom. Nothimg... :( I tried to restore it from history/import and backup, Got a message that it will close al my open tabs, clicked yes, only to see nothing happens. Tried to restore through mozila default home page, but where the restore last session bottom should be there's nothing... What to do? I can't lose my last session's tabs!!!

In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":

  • do not clear the Browsing History

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, passwords, and other website specific data.

You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder that store session data.

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Note that deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost and you will have to recreate them (make a note or bookmark them if possible).

There are other things that need your attention.

Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800
  • Shockwave Flash 9.0 r28

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
