I have Windows 8.1 and the newest version of Firefox. My tabs used to show the website icon for each tab. Now there are only 4 correct icons and the others have a generic blue disc in a box. I liked just having the recognizable icons. Can I get that back?

You can check these prefs on the about:config page and make sure that they have the default value true.

  • browser.chrome.site_icons

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
