So Firefox updated their sync system to no longer need a sync key i guess. I still have all my data locked up and I have my sync key but since the update, I cant figure out how to unlock it using my sync key. My question is, where do I go to get all my data back using my sync key? I need a url or some kind of link cuz it's no where I can find it.

You would have to install a Firefox 28 version if you want to access data stored in a Sync account that used the old Sync version.

You can update again to the current Firefox 30 release once you have restored your sync data.
