I recently updated to v12 and must now scroll through a long list of "To:" addresses. Previously, I could grab the bottom of the subject pane and drag it downward with the addressee pane, enlarging both, to see all addresses at once.

You upgraded all the way to Ver. 12? The current version is 24.6.

Grabbing the bottom of the subject line still works just fine. Restart with add ons disabled and see if one is messing with you. You can do this from the HELP menu.

Oh, and install the current version.
