Hi

I add to change the e-mail settings for an account (server name changed) and mail is still flowing to and from the account. But all the mail in the IMAP folder is no longer showing in Thunderbird just mail that has come in and out since the change. How do I restore access to the IMAP folder, the account still uses IMAP.

With IMAP all mail is managed on the server. You therefore must not change the server of an existing account. Restore the original server setting. Then create a new IMAP account for the new server.
