Character encoding used by me is WESTERN ISO 8859-1 and in tools>options>display > formatting>advanced >fonts encoding i have unchecked allo messages to use other fonts but still same problem. So pls somebody help me out.

What character encoding is used in the message you receive? You can check by inspecting the headers. View (Alt-V) - Headers - All
