Firefox crashes when Outlook.com (hotmail.com) is used twice in a row. Upon the second logout, Firefox hangs, and I must go into the task manager and manually shutdown the service. Closing the window alone does not stop the service from running in the hung-up mode. Is anybody else having this problem?

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
