word wrap only occurs at the edge of the windows or the screen, which ever comes first. Are you saying that instead of wrapping a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom on the window? Is it present when you first open the compose window?

Using a signature? Perhaps prepared in a word processor?

Hi Matt. After I did the update I went to compose an email and noticed that my signature was unwrapped. Started checking settings and I'm not sure now where I found it but, I believe I checked something that allowed the sig to to wrap by selecting "HTML"? I then held down the key for an alpha character and it bled off of the page unwrapped. Couldn't find a setting that would change that so, I contacted this forum about it. I decided to go ahead and write my email and found that indeed it would wrap in the email body. Apparently, if you hold down on a character key it will bleed off of the view pane. My signature was copied and pasted into T Bird when I originally set it up. It was italicized with a different font and now it appears wrapped but, using the same text style as my composition text as you can see below. It would be nice to get that back but, not sure how to do that. Thank you for your help in this matter! Roger
