I was begged to install Firefox 32.02. After I complied, I could not view Netflix. Was this purposeful? Did you intent for users not to be able to view Netflix on Firefox. If not, do you know what you are doing? Is anyone with a brain in charge?

As a first step I would try setting your VLC plugin to "Never Activate" in the Add-ons Plugins list, since the VLC plugin has been known to interfere with other plugins. Ref: Disable a conflicting plugin.
