Firefox for Android does not have a content filter.

There are cases where viewing a page with a large number of images will crash without warning. We have made a few improvements in upcoming releases that fix this for the cases we have seen. Though there is always a chance that a site has an image that is too big for a phone to display.

I think the changes I mention above are in our Firefox Beta release https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox_beta

If you don't want to switch releases the changes will be in the release version of Firefox during the first week in December.
